In the journey of life, friends become strong pillars, and Neetesh Tiwari's juniors remember him as a strong support. However, amid all the nostalgia, can anything be given in return?
Annie, Derek, Sexa, Mummy, Bevda, and Acid – these are six friends who are companions in an engineering college hostel. On the other hand, there is Maya in the girls' hostel. This story is about losers. Annie, also known as Aniruddh, and Maya's son Raghav, are narrating the story of losing themselves in their college life. They attempted suicide in the despair of not doing well in the joint entrance exam. Fighting death to embrace life again, they fought with their fists so they could return to the battle of life. This is their endeavor.
In this journey, one by one, Annie and Maya are joined by Derek, Sexa, Mummy, Bevda, and Acid. However, the movie may remind you of Three Idiots several times. Superficially, the movie may seem enjoyable to watch once. But the acting of the main characters, Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor, is quite mediocre. The portrayal of six friends in old age lacks conviction, and there is a lack of sophistication in their mannerisms.
The story, which started off well, loses its charm at some point. It may seem like it's trying too hard to be grand but falls short. In reality, the movie portrays the joys and sorrows of hostel life for students. The enjoyable parts are only limited to that. Apart from reliving college life, there is no other achievement. There was much expectation from the movie, especially considering Neetesh Tiwari's previous work.
