Samya enters into a close-knit family through marriage with Kapil and enjoys a happy life with his family. However, trouble starts when Kapil's aunt Kanupriya gets him engaged to a girl from a strict Punjabi family. This decision creates chaos within the whole family. To find peace and escape from the criticism, they decide to leave that family. From there, Kapil and Samya decide to buy a separate house. But Kapil, being from a middle-class family, lacks the financial means. Then, the government scheme comes to their rescue. Agent Bhagwan Das suggests that if they go through with the marriage and then divorce, they can afford to buy the house. After divorcing Kapil, Samya can buy the house with her compensation. Later, they plan to get married again. This unusual story of Kapil and Samya's journey will be enjoyable for the audience. The decision to walk the path of divorce to buy a house is agreed upon by family members and the arbitrator. The first part of the movie might seem to have tried hard to make the audience laugh, but the real essence of entertainment is found after the break. When Kapil and Samya introduce themselves as siblings and show various aspects of Samya's rented house and her work in the government office, those moments captivate the audience. A medical emergency plot is shown, which may not have been necessary. Other arrangements could have been made in a different way. However, the performance of the young boy as Vicky is appreciated by the viewers in the small town. But as a bride or a Punjabi girl in the whole middle-class family, it might not be as convincing. Nonetheless, the overall experience of the movie as a one-time watch is quite enjoyable.
