Movie Summarize:

The eldest son of the house, Lala Kedarnath, has the responsibility of arranging the weddings of his four sisters on his shoulders. On the other hand, Kedarnath wants his childhood friend Sapan to get married. However, Kedarnath's desire is that before his own marriage, he will marry off his four sisters.

Lala Kedarnath (Akshay Kumar) is a seller of moonlit chaat (a type of street food) in Delhi. As a chaat seller, he is quite famous among pregnant women. According to Kedarnath's belief, when pregnant women eat his chaat, they will give birth to sons. However, in real life, Kedarnath is surrounded by five women. That is, his four sisters and his childhood friend's wife, Sapna. However, these four sisters of Kedarnath are different from each other. They are Gayatri, Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati. Among the four sisters, Gayatri is responsible, Durga is a bit heavyset, Lakshmi, with a touch of saffron on her forehead, and the youngest sister Saraswati is a tomboy. In reality, the chaos about marriage exists in all these stories, and all of it is captured in the picture of joy.

Lala had promised his mother on her deathbed that he wouldn't get married until he could find suitable husbands for his four sisters. However, despite his hundred attempts, the actor cannot find a suitable groom for his sisters. In the meantime, Lal's childhood friend, Sapna (Bhumi Pednekar), is waiting. What will happen in the end, how Lal will manage to marry off his four sisters to Sapna, and what kind of marriage he can arrange - all these are the stories woven around this picture.

After the success of 'Otarongi Re', Anand El Rai and Himanshu Sharma came together once again to create another film. They beautifully set up the first half of the movie, emphasizing the relationship between Anand and his sister, and their playful banter is quite enjoyable. However, the second half of the movie is emotionally charged and filled with social messages. Nonetheless, it didn't compromise on the cinematography. Although the director provided equal opportunities to each character, Anand El Rai's magic still shines through at the end of this film's story, much like his previous works. However, the music by Himesh Reshammiya couldn't quite leave its mark on the film.

In the role of Lala Kedarnath, Akshay Kumar has skillfully portrayed the character of the eldest brother of four sisters, channeling his emotions quite effectively. His on-screen chemistry with Bhumi is good, though it could have been even better. In the film, the characters of the four sisters played by Navjot Shahjahan Kaur, Saadiya Khattab, Deepika Khanna, and Smriti Srikanth, are not only great comic timing but also quite impressive. On the other hand, in the character of Ghatak, Seema Pawaka has once again entertained the audience with her comedic skills just as she does every time.
